The problem
It fails at one detail, quietly, for two or three seasons — and by the time you can see it from inside the house, the repair has already gotten expensive.
By the time water shows up in drywall, it has usually been moving through the decking for a season or more. The leak is rarely where the stain is — which is why a patch in the wrong spot buys you nothing but another winter.

We do knock doors on streets where we are already installing, because neighbors reasonably want to know who is on the roof next door.
Never. Waiving or absorbing a deductible is insurance fraud, and any contractor offering it is telling you what they are willing to do when nobody is watching. What we will do is document the damage thoroughly, explain how ACV and RCV actually work, and show you financing options for the out-of-pocket portion.
Most replacements on an average home take two to five days. Complex roofs, steep pitches, hidden decking damage or weather delays extend that. You get a written schedule before we start and a dedicated point of contact for the duration.
Yes, most homeowners do. There is real noise during tear-off and installation, and you should expect some vibration in the ceilings. We will let you know in advance if we need to interrupt power or move vehicles, and we tarp the attic on older open-deck homes so falling granules and dust do not end up in your insulation.

We document storm damage with photos, measurements and a written scope, and we will meet your adjuster on site. We do not act as a public adjuster or negotiate your claim for you, because in North Carolina that is a licensed role. What we do is make sure the adjuster sees everything that is actually wrong with the roof.
